PPE:
The Protective equipment consists of garments placed to protect the health care workers or any other persons to get infected.These usually are wore to prevent from airborne infections and will include: Face protection, goggles and mask or faceshield, gloves, gown or coverall, head cover, rubber boots.
Approvals for the manufacturing of PPEs and the fabrics used in making them are given by the Coimbatore-based SITRA, an autonomous body under the textiles ministry and the Gwalior-based DRDE or ATIRA certified
